Our mission is to provide immediate, safe and supportive housing that allows survivors of domestic violence to begin again with dignity.
After discussions with many other domestic violence charities & services
to understand their perspectives and experience, we have created a
simple plan for our builds, to develop housing that really works for all involved.
Our units are designed to support a single family with two and three bedroom options. The units will be fully furnished, with secure access, allowing families to relocate quickly without the need to arrange furniture or the basics needed to create a safe home.
Due to the sensitive nature of this critical mission, we are keeping the details of our builds under wraps for the time being, however our first round of progress shots and other information will be ready to show you very soon.

HOW CAN I HELP?..
Every contribution, big or small, helps us create safe, purpose-built housing for women and children escaping domestic violence. From sponsoring a night of accommodation to furnishing a child’s bedroom, your support directly builds brighter futures.
$46 will provide safe accommodation for one night
$100 provides an emergency welcome pack for a family
$1500 supports a family for a month

Yes. All donations to North Star Foundation are tax-deductible in Australia, and we will provide you with a receipt to include in your tax return.
Every donation goes directly toward creating and maintaining safe, fully furnished homes for women and children escaping violence, covering essentials, affordable rent, and support packages that help families rebuild their lives.
