The Light The Way Gala will be held on Saturday, 21 February 2026.
Doors open at 6:30pm. Final program timings will be emailed closer to the event.
The gala will be held at The Star Brisbane.
This is a Formal / Black Tie event.
Yes. Seating will be allocated in advance. If you have booked individual tickets and would like to be seated with specific guests, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate requests.
Yes. Guest details can be updated via Galabid in the link you received after booking, or by emailing [email protected].
Yes. Dietary requirements must be submitted by 12th February. If you did not add or select dietary requirements when booking, or if you have questions or changes, please just email the events team.
Absolutely. Please email us with the names of the guests you would like to be seated with and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
No. This is an 18+ event.
Yes. Paid onsite parking is available at The Star Brisbane. Standard parking rates apply unless otherwise advised.
The Star Brisbane has a designated rideshare drop-off zone. Event signage will guide you to the appropriate internal access point.
Yes. If you require accessible seating or assistance, please email us ahead of time so arrangements can be confirmed.
Please have your digital tickets ready for scanning by security upon entry.
Your ticket includes entry to the event, a three-course dinner, drinks package, live entertainment, and access to auctions and raffles throughout the evening. VIP table inclusions will be outlined separately.
Yes. Raffle tickets can be purchased before the event and throughout the evening via Galabid or from one of our event assistants. Payments are card only, we will not be taking cash on the night.
Yes. The evening will include both silent and live auctions.
Details of auction items will be released via Galabid closer to the event.

The event will conclude at approximately 11:00pm.
Guests are welcome to continue their evening at The Star’s venues.

Yes. Receipts will be issued for ticket purchases, raffle tickets, and auction items.
